On behalf of Great British Energy, we are looking for People & Talent Interviewers x 2 - (Inside IR35) for a 9-month contract working on a hybrid basis with an expectation of attendance in the Aberdeen office. Travel to Edinburgh is also expected for which expenses will be paid.

Great British Energy will be a publicly owned, operationally independent energy company, designed to drive clean energy deployment, boost energy independence, create jobs and ensure UK taxpayers, billpayers and communities reap the benefits of clean, secure, homegrown energy.

As a People & Talent Interviewers x 2 - (Inside IR35), your main responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure all selection activity is fair, inclusive and compliant with GBE policies and best practice
  • Support high-volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining quality and consistency

Background in resourcing / talent acquisition / recruitment:

  • Familiarity with SharePoint
