We are looking for reliable and hardworking Food Production Line Manager to join our growing production team in Wellingborough. You will play an important role ensuring day to day operations run successfully. This role is ideal for someone who has had previous experience in a production role and understands the processes that are involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations
- Ensuring smooth and efficient production across all shifts
- Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, including reporting any faults, issues, or shortages
- Conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the production area
- Following food safety, health & safety, and company procedures
- Managing a team of approximately 25 to 40 people
- Coordinating resources, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Requirements
- Previous food production or manufacturing experience is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible approach to shifts and overtime
