We are a growing property maintenance and building company seeking experienced Floor Layers to join our team on a permanent basis in Portsmouth and surrounding areas. The role will involve working on a variety of commercial and residential projects, primarily installing safety flooring including Polysafe and cap & cove systems.

Role Responsibilities
- Installation of Polysafe and other safety flooring products
- Cap & cove flooring installation
- Floor preparation and finishing
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety on site
Requirements
- Previous experience fitting Polysafe / safety flooring
- Experience with cap & cove installations
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Ability to work to deadlines and maintain quality standards
- Good attitude and reliable work ethic
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Carpet fitting experience
- Experience across a variety of flooring types
