Field Service Engineer – Materials Handling Equipment
Up to £35,000 + Overtime + Bonus + Van
Mission Resourcing are proud to be working with a growing MHE maintenance company looking for a Field Service Engineer to strengthen their busy team. If you know your way around engines, hydraulics, and electrics, and like being out on the road fixing problems, this one\’s for you.
The Offer

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

The Role
You\’ll be out in the field, covering the West Yorkshire area, carrying out servicing, repairs, and breakdown support on a range of diesel, LPG, and electric forklift trucks and other MHE. Most of the time you\’ll be working solo, from home base, with full product training provided.
Day-to-day you\’ll:

Diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults

Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance on forklifts and MHE

Keep on top of job sheets and documentation to company standard

Work with the parts team to keep your van properly stocked
What We\’re Looking For

Solid mechanical skills – good with hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability

Previous mechanical, assembly, or service engineering experience

Full UK driving licence

Own set of hand tools (specialist tools supplied)
