Experienced Contracts Manager required to join leading main contractor for projects across the South Coast. The Contracts Manager will come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects up to the value of 50 million.
The Contracts Manager will have had full project lifecycle experience dealing with aspects from pre-construction through inception to completion. The company mainly deal with projects across residential, education, mod, student accommodation, leisure, retail and commercial, so experience with these projects would be beneficial for the Contracts Manager role.
