They are a leading commercial real estate firm committed to delivering superior services to our clients. As an Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operational processes, providing exceptional client experiences, and driving successful project outcomes.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to oversee the account-based operations for a technology organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, building strong client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives across an EMEA portfolio of over fifty countries and 2.7m sqft.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for the designated account.
Manage and optimize day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency, adherence to processes, and implementation of best practices across all seven subregions.
Set clear performance goals for the team and monitor progress, providing regular feedback and coaching. Identify and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with finance teams to develop and review budgets, financial forecasts, and reporting related to the account. Monitor financial performance to 1% variance and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Continuously evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing productivity.
Lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of over 200, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high-performance.
Client Satisfaction: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Act as an escalation point for any client-related issues with the highest standard of proactive communication.
Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans, identifying opportunities for growth and operational excellence within the account.
Risk Management: Identify operational risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Proven EMEA experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of account management principles and practices, with a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
Demonstrated experience implementing operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and driving operational efficiency.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management, financial analysis, and forecasting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
