An exciting opportunity for a candidate from either an events or project management background to join a well-established, leading organisation. This position plays a crucial role in delivering seamless services and solutions to clients. This is a hands-on position requiring a highly organised individual who can manage projects from start to finish.

As the Event Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of registration for multiple events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Oversee pre-event planning.
  • Travel to events as required to oversee onsite registration and to develop strong relationships with organisers.
  • Gather client feedback and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.

The successful Event Manager will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Previous experience in events or project management.
  • Experience in registration services or technology would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility with occasional travel.
