Senior Architectural Technician to join a busy and personable team. This position is paying an annual salary of £40,000 - £50,000 DOE. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with hybrid working.
Duties:
- Experience running construction projects on site in RIBA stages 1-7
- Proficient in both REVIT and Autocad
- Competence to carry out the Principal Designer role under CDM and Building
- Proven skills with demonstrable experience in complex projects
- Project tendering
- Checking drawings/information to ensure quality remains as high as possible
- Mentoring junior staff

Experience required:
