Project Manager (ERP, ERP Software, Infor LN, SAP Business One, Sage X3 or Syteline) – Step up into major ERP delivery
A Project Manager (ERP, ERP Software, EFACS, NetSuite, Syspro) is required by a very successful, privately owned ERP software partner with over 15 years of proven project delivery experience. With 40+ staff and a solid client base, they deliver Tier 2 ERP (to sme clients) and work in partnership with a sister company that sells Mid market ERP solutions. This is a hybrid role with just 3 days per month in their Hucknall office.
To be considered you need:
- ERP Project Management experience including requirements, training, and go-live
- A consulting background, preferably with an ERP vendor or reseller
- Delivery of at least 3 full ERP Projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and project teams
- A strong grasp of business processes across finance, manufacturing, and supply chain
You\’ll begin by managing smaller ERP projects and transition to large-scale Tier 2 implementations worth up to £1M. You\’ll handle 10 projects on average, with autonomy over your schedule. The work involves managing resources, clients, and ERP consultants, handling the inevitable push and pull of ERP project delivery.
Your day-to-day will include coordinating multi-functional project teams, resolving client issues, delivering project milestones, and balancing priorities across concurrent ERP rollouts. These projects often span complex finance environments, including multi-company, multi-currency, and multi-country setups. You\’ll be supported by a close-knit team of 3 Project Managers and report to an experienced Professional Services Manager.
