Adept Resourcing is currently recruiting on behalf of a global client in the engineering software sector for a dynamic and technically skilled Professional Services Consultant. This is a customer-facing, solution-oriented role supporting pre-sales activity, delivering project implementation, and advising on optimised engineering workflows across major UK and Ireland-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct technical consultations with clients to understand current processes and identify improvements.

Translate engineering requirements into tailored solutions using the company\βs product and service portfolio.

Deliver solution demonstrations and technical presentations during the pre-sales phase.

Support implementation projects from planning to delivery, ensuring a smooth transition and client satisfaction.

Provide hands-on training, workshops, and coaching to clients and internal teams.

Create scope documents, schedules, and manage project milestones and deliverables.

Collaborate closely with sales and technical departments to ensure aligned, value-driven delivery.

What We\βre Looking For:

Strong experience in electrical control panel manufacturing, system integration, or process automation.

Previous exposure to technical pre-sales, consulting, or engineering project delivery.

Proficiency with CAE/CAD tools for electrical, fluid, or automation design.

ONC/HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline (ideally electrical or automation-related).
