The predicted salary is between 25650 - 31350 Β£ per year.

Cross Resourcing is keen to connect with experienced Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants who have a background in, or an interest in, supporting legal professionals within law firms across Edinburgh and Glasgow. While we do not currently have active vacancies in this area, we regularly work with legal practices ranging from boutique specialist firms to large commercial law firms. We would therefore welcome applications from talented EA and PA professionals interested in being considered for future opportunities.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Providing high-level support to Partners, Solicitors, Legal Directors, and Senior Management
  • Managing complex diaries, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and legal documentation
  • Coordinating client meetings, court dates, deadlines, and follow-up actions
  • Liaising with clients, barristers, advisers, and internal stakeholders
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Supporting business development activities, events, and client relationship management

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative experience
  • Experience within a legal or professional services environment is advantageous
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and digital systems skills
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
