The Opportunity

An Insolvency Administrator is sought to manage varied casework, support senior colleagues and deliver a professional service to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include

  • Manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, with involvement in personal insolvency work when needed.
  • Support the progression of cases by preparing documentation, completing statutory submissions and assisting with asset realisations and creditor matters.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for stakeholders including financial institutions, clients, creditors, employees and third parties.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence efficiently, ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a clear, timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the insolvency team through accurate record-keeping, case administration and general team support.
  • Candidate Profile

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience within an insolvency team.
  • Strong organisation, administration and deadline-management skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, client-focused and comfortable managing a varied workload.
  • Good IT skills; insolvency case management software experience is advantageous.
  • Adaptable, proactive and collaborative.
