Estimator required to join leading housing developer based in the Dorchester area. The Estimator will be overseeing various New Build residential and potentially some contracting projects. The Estimator will ideally have a relevant degree with experience gained in estimating, ideally with a main contractor or developer.

The Estimator will be responsible for:

  • PQQs
  • Estimating
  • Tender submissions
  • Liaising with and working alongside colleagues from the commercial, planning and operational departments
