We are growing our design leadership capability ahead of a major multi-stage Data Centre programme in Wiltshire (c.£80m), now progressing through Stage 4 design with enabling works scheduled for 2026.
As Senior Design Manager, you will lead design strategy, governance and delivery across large, technically demanding schemes. You will shape design performance from bid through construction and handover, ensuring compliance, clarity and best-in-class technical assurance.
- Full design management across major projects

Requirements:
- Significant experience managing design on major construction projects
