Ofsted Registered Manager (Children) – Residential Children's Home (Ofsted Registered) Location: Bradford (2-bedded Short Break Children's Service) Salary: £55,000–£60,000 per annum Hours: Monday–Friday, with flexibility to respond to urgent out-of-hours calls About the Role We are seeking an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager (Children) to lead a new 2-bedded residential children's home, providing short-break care for children with complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new service, deliver outstanding care, and make a real difference in the lives of children As our new Ofsted Registered Manager (Children) your responsibilities will include: Lead and manage the home, ensuring care aligns with the service's values and statement of purpose. Oversee daily operations and maintain the highest standards of care and safeguarding. Inspire, support, and develop your team through supervision, training, and professional development. Foster a positive, child-focused team culture. Build strong relationships with children, staff, and external stakeholders. Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards, Children's Homes Regulations, and all relevant legislation.
