Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of the service
- Ensuring CQC compliance and regulatory standards are met
- Leading, supporting and developing the staff team
- Overseeing recruitment, induction and staff rotas
- Conducting quality audits and service improvement plans
- Managing incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
- Building strong relationships with service users, families and commissioners
Requirements:
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Senior Manager in social care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
- Relevant management qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
