You'll work within a modern manufacturing environment alongside an experienced and supportive team, where quality and continuous improvement are at the heart of the business.\n \nWhether you are an experienced Quality Engineer looking for a fresh challenge or a Quality Technician seeking to develop your skills further, this role offers the opportunity to build a long-term career within a successful organisation.\n Responsibilities \n \nThe Quality Engineer will work in a varied role, but its core focus is to assist the Compliance Manager in ensuring quality and compliance systems operate effectively across the sites.\n \nAssist in maintaining compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP quality standards.\n \nReview and approve relevant sections of Control of Change documentation.\n \nDeliver compliance training and quality inductions when required.\n \nAttend SQDCP meetings and raise or escalate quality-related issues.\n \nSupport departments in addressing non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.\n \nAssist with external audits.\n \nConduct competency audits and monitor ongoing compliance.\n \nInvestigate test failures and problem-solving techniques.\n \nInitiate specification reviews and maintain controlled specification records.\n Requirements \n \nPrevious experience within a Quality Role/Department, this could include Quality Inspector, Quality Technician, Quality Engineer, Compliance Engineer etc.\n \nKnowledge of Quality Standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100 & NADCAP etc\n \nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\n \nGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.\n \nIf this role sounds of interest, please apply now and send your most up-to-date CV to Wesley at TechNichols Resourcing to be considered.
