About the Role: RHP RHPHomes is seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. Based at our offices in Teddington,Teddington you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 15 operatives, overseeing their performance, timesheets,timesheets and adherence to health and safety procedures. The role involves a split between site-based and office-based tasks, and you’ll be expected to take a hands-on approach to leadership and problem-solving. As a Supervisor, you will be a key point of contact for HR issues, repairs management, fleet operations, and IT systems. Strong understanding of Health and Safety procedures. Ability to manage fleet and repair operations. Familiarity with IT systems and tracking performance.
