Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Specialist to join a growing legal function and support their business across a varied portfolio of B2B commercial contracts. Working closely with Legal Counsel, you'll take ownership of day-to-day contract matters, providing practical, commercially focused advice to stakeholders across the organisation. Manage NDAs, confidentiality agreements, renewals, amendments and variations. Identify contractual risks and recommend practical solutions. Advise on key provisions including liability, indemnities, warranties, IP, confidentiality, data protection and termination. Provide clear contractual guidance to non-legal stakeholders. Support IP, licensing, content rights and compliance matters. Maintain contract templates, clause libraries and contract records.
