Hours: 5 days per week - 9am until 5pm (35 hours per week)

Role purpose: An exciting new opportunity has arisen with this long established business. The role will be in the Client Servicing team providing admin support to the business's Financial Team and wider business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Updating client personal information onto our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Review letter completion
  • Complete full annual review advice set on our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Protection quotations through Solution builder app
  • Answering of incoming office calls
  • Supporting with any broader general office support
  • Supporting with client generic queries

  • Confident phone manner and dealing with clients
