YOUR NEW ROLE
Lead design from bid through handover. Own compliance, buildability, cost control and technical clarity. Drive design programmes, coordinate consultants, resolve interfaces and keep delivery moving.

Leading design governance and risk management

Coordinating consultants + subcontractors

Ensuring buildable, cost-effective, compliant design

Supporting construction teams with technical clarity

Overseeing as-built + O&M documentation
ABOUT YOU
-
Strong design management experience (pre-con + delivery)
-
Solid technical understanding of construction + engineering
-
Confident managing design reviews, approvals and programmes
-
Knowledge of Building Regs + CDM
-
Value engineering mindset
-
RIBA / CIOB / ICE or equivalent
-
Degree-qualified + SMSTS + CSCS (Black preferred)
