Quantity Surveyor required to join an established business on what will likely be a 15 month project based in Frinton-on-sea. Overall package will pay around £90,000 per annum.
Duties:
- On site in Frinton-on-sea, with occasional travel to Nottinghamshire
- Produce schedule of works
- Formulate Subcontract Tenders
- Chair Pre-let meetings and finalise subcontract orders
- Manage subcontractors
- Analyse Bills of Quantities, drawings, and contract documents
- Manage collateral warranties
- Produce cashflows, both internal and external
- Have input to the design team meetings
Benefits:

- £1,900 performance related yearly bonus
