Social Housing Contractor looking for a Carpenter/Multi to join the Repairs Team. Covering East London and Essex. The successful candidate will be carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties. This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide a Van, Fuel Card and uniform to complete your duties. Duties will include: – Hanging doors – Door frame repair/renew – Window frames UPVC/wood – Glazing – Locks and latches, forced entries – Kitchen Unit worktops – Bath panel stud work – Skirting and architraves – Forced entry – Staircase repairs – Flooring repair/renew – Painting, basic plumbing, replacing tiles, patch plaster Successful candidates will be required to provide an Asbestos Awareness certificate before they can start the role.
