As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service to residents in the local community. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks within social housing properties. Work across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, basic electrical, plastering, and general repairs. Conduct repairs and installations to a high standard, ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations. Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner. Complete necessary documentation using a PDA and ensure accurate records are maintained. Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with tenants and clients. Requirements: Proven experience as a Carpenter with multi-trade skills. Ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks across various trades.
