A Carpenter is required to join a property services company on a temp-to-perm contract in Bristol. As a Carpenter, you will initially be responsible for completing door renewals and upgrades, and then you will be involved with general fire stopping duties such as penetration, ablative back detail, safety doors etc.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified carpenter with the correct documents / cards to prove, have relevant work experience in carpentry and have a full UK driving license. You must also be able to pass a basis DBS check. Someone with an FRA background or knowledge / experience in fire-stopping is not required, but desired.
The client is a large national, reputable, and firmly established Property Services company, and with a portfolio across several sectors, including maintenance, responsive repairs, and painting, they have an exceptional reputation within their client base, and project portfolio.
