Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum for internal and external users.
- Deliver engaging online and in-person training, acting as a subject matter expert for the core product suite.
- Develop and administer competency assessments to ensure effective software adoption.
- Provide tailored training support for new client onboarding, go-lives, and ongoing continuous improvement plans.
- Collaborate with sales account management to deliver high-impact software demonstrations and workshops.
- Proactively manage your own backlog of work and organise time effectively alongside the wider team.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer, technical trainer, or clinical educator, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), screen-recording, and video editing tools.
- Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, consent, permissions) is desirable, though not essential.
- A collaborative, self-starter mindset with strong organisational abilities and adaptability.
- Willingness to undertake regular business travel for onsite training and go-live support.
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and willing to undergo a basic DBS check.
