Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum for internal and external users.
  • Deliver engaging online and in-person training, acting as a subject matter expert for the core product suite.
  • Develop and administer competency assessments to ensure effective software adoption.
  • Provide tailored training support for new client onboarding, go-lives, and ongoing continuous improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with sales account management to deliver high-impact software demonstrations and workshops.
  • Proactively manage your own backlog of work and organise time effectively alongside the wider team.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a corporate trainer, technical trainer, or clinical educator, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), screen-recording, and video editing tools.
  • Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Knowledge of healthcare workflows and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, consent, permissions) is desirable, though not essential.
