Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an Inside Sales Executive to manage, develop and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, identifying new opportunities and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background.

What's involved:

  • Build, develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Contact existing and prospective customers to promote and upsell service plans.
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities and sales pipelines.
  • Identify, prospect and secure new business from an existing database.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Accurately update and maintain the CRM system.
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Manage contract renewals to maximise customer retention and account growth.

What you'll need:

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Experience growing and developing existing customer accounts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting data and using Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving.
