A well established, family run civil engineering company are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to help achieve the company’s growth plans. They are a specialist civil engineering contractor that work across various civil engineering projects.

Business Development Manager Duties:

  • Creating sales opportunities with old and new clients.
  • Focussing on building and sustaining relationships with clients.
  • Estimate and price works.
  • Working within timeframes to write proposals, complete tenders and close sales.

Business Development Manager Specification:

  • Experience in the civil engineering / construction sector.
  • Marketing.
  • A strong background of winning new business.
  • Ability to price works and complete tenders.

  • Experience of labour supply / logistics packages.
