We are currently looking for an experienced Window Fitter to join a project in Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining windows, glass and related fittings to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities: Install windows, doors and glass units accurately and efficiently.
Measure openings and ensure correct sizing and fitting.
Remove existing windows and glazing where required.
Fit uPVC, aluminium and other window and door systems. Install and replace glass, frames, seals and associated components.
Carry out repairs and adjustments to windows and doors.
Ensure all installations are finished to a high professional standard.
Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
Follow relevant health and safety procedures.
Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Carry out general site duties as required.
Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues and site managers.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Glazier / Window Fitter.
Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Good understanding of health and safety.
Able to work to deadlines and maintain a high standard of work.
Relevant qualifications or experience preferred.
