We are working in partnership with a growing, values-led children's residential provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a small, specialist children's home in Bradford, supporting two young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a rare opportunity to lead a low-occupancy service with a strong focus on quality, stability, and meaningful outcomes for young people. The provider is keen to appoint a confident, hands-on leader who can set the tone, embed strong practice, and drive the home towards consistently high standards.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring it is safe, compliant, and nurturing. You will lead the staff team, oversee safeguarding and care planning, and ensure the service meets all Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overall day-to-day management of the children's home
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
- Leading, supporting, and developing the staff team
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and achieving positive inspection outcomes
- Care planning, risk management, and quality assurance
- Building positive relationships with local authorities and professionals
About You

- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
