A Top 10 Contractor is looking for a Commercial Assistant to join their team on a 6-9 month Fixed Term Contract. The main objective of the role will be to deliver procurement and commercial administration duties for a large infrastructure project.
Key Duties Include:
- Raising purchase orders for materials, plant and labour requirements.
- Managing goods receipts notes for purchase orders.
- Weekly cost tracking for contingent labour, materials and plant.
- Raising subcontractor payments and providing payment and contractual notices.
- Confirming payment approvals.
- Ensuring all appendices are in place.
