We are seeking a proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a growing engineering team based in Warrington. This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer with strong electrical and mechanical skills who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll play a key part in keeping production running efficiently, working closely with operations to minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on site machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose faults quickly and effectively, completing repairs to a high standard.
- Identify and implement long-term engineering solutions to recurring issues.
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the site.
- Work collaboratively with production and operations teams.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
Skills & Experience Required
- Multi-skilled background with both electrical and mechanical competence.
- Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).
- Experience within manufacturing, production, or industrial environments.
- Strong fault-finding ability and a practical, hands-on approach.
