We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor to work within a fast-paced factory environment. This is a hands-on role, with a rough split of 60 - 70% hands-on and 40 - 30% management. Your role is to support, complete and coordinate all maintenance activities in the factory including repairs, proactive maintenance, and various projects.

The Role
- Hands on and complete various maintenance tasks including breakdown repairs and PPM's.
- Motivate and lead a small team of Maintenance Engineers.
- Coordinate and champion the Planned Preventive Maintenance system.
- Coordinate various projects and contractors, as and when required.
- Help support continuous improvements in the factory.
- Take an active role in reporting on maintenance.
Requirements
- Experienced Maintenance Engineer who has leadership / supervisory experience or you are ready for the next step.
- Qualified in 'either' mechanical or electrical engineering or similar.
- Mechanical OR Electrical OR Multi Skilled - hiring manager is open to any bias.
- Experienced in completing repairs and general factory maintenance to machinery and/or equipment.
- Ideally have SOME experience of motors, bearings, chains, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, relays, control panels.
- Holding passion, drive and love for Engineering.
