We are working with an established main contractor based in Hampshire who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their growing commercial team.
The business delivers a varied portfolio of construction projects across the South, with this position predominantly focused on high-end residential work including major refurbishments, conversions and bespoke new-build projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor who enjoys being involved throughout the full lifecycle of a project. The primary focus will be Quantity Surveying and commercial management, while also supporting the estimating and pre-construction function when the live project workload allows.
Previous experience working within a main contracting environment is essential.
