Frontier Resourcing are keen to speak with Senior Secure by Design (SBD) consultants, to lead on SBD activity on MoD projects based in Bristol. This is a senior position, playing a lead role in ensuring SBD Compliance and Protocols across MoD Projects.
Role:
- Lead each project and programme with Secure by Design
- Identify security risks, constraints, and dependencies, and translate these into clear, prioritised recommendations.
- Facilitate threat modelling and risk workshops with multidisciplinary teams.
- Define pragmatic security control expectations aligned to service risk and context.
- Produce concise written outputs that support decision-making and assurance.
- Coach delivery teams to embed secure ways of working without impeding delivery pace.
- Support governance and assurance activities by articulating risk, mitigation, and residual exposure.
Experience:
- Strong experience embedding security into digital delivery
- Deep understanding of SBD and risk-based security principles
- Have operated at Lead/Head-of level on SBD activities
- Stakeholder management - ability to influence stakeholders and delivery teams
