Banqueting Chef / Sous Chef Country Club

Location:Bromley / Hayes South East London / Kent
Salary:£34,000 - 39,000

As theBanqueting Chef / Junior Sous Chef, you will be bringing innovation, quality and attention detail. The Banqueting Chef / Junior Sous Chef will run banqueting to a high level: dinners of 200+ and events of up to 1,000. We are looking for aquality hands on Banqueting Chef / Junior Sous Chefwho is not only creative and passionate about delivering outstanding cuisine but also a strong inspirational character who thrives on change and improvement. The Banqueting Chef / Junior Sous Chef will bring energy, vision, and the ability to elevate standards across all catering services.

Ideal Banqueting Chef / Junior Sous Chef profile:

  • Proven experience as a Banqueting Chef, Senior CDP, CDP or Sous Chef with experience in conference and banqueting
  • Strong background in managing both staff and standards in hygiene and quality of the food.
  • Creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about food trends
  • Confident managing budgets, stock, suppliers, and compliance

This long-established Country Club style operation are currently going through a radical change programme and are looking to double their business over the next two years. They are currently looking for a Banqueting Chef / Junior Sous Chef / Senior CDP to play a major part in delivering to their vision. This role will suit a Junior CDP or established Junior Sous Chef that will bring experience of delivering high standard function and event catering.
