I'm working with a leading Specialist Insurer investing heavily in modern cloud technologies, APIs, and event-driven architecture - and they’re looking for a Back-End Integration Engineer to join their transformation programme.
Candidates available immediately or on short notice will be prioritised.
The Role
This is a hands-on, integration-first position where you’ll design and deliver end-to-end integrations across cloud platforms, internal systems, and third-party services. You’ll be working with modern Azure technologies, APIs, and event-driven architectures to improve how systems connect and data flows across the business.
What They’re Looking For
- Strong, hands-on integration engineering experience
- Proven delivery of complex integrations end-to-end
- Expertise in APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST, messaging, orchestration)
- Experience with Azure integration stack (APIM, Service Bus, Event Grid, Functions)
- Strong coding skills in C# and/or Python
- Experience integrating legacy and third-party systems
