Associate Structural Enginee Glasgow / Prestwich
Are you an ambitious Structural Engineer ready to take the next step or an experienced Associate looking for a fresh challenge? Join a dynamic and growing Structural team in Glasgow and take the lead on a diverse range of high-profile and technically challenging projects.
What you'll do
Lead and support a talented team of engineers, driving quality, innovation, and commercial success.
Deliver creative structural designs in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry from concept to completion.
Apply Eurocodes, British Standards, and CDM Regulations to ensure safe, compliant, and sustainable designs.
Manage projects, resources, and budgets with confidence and precision.
Mentor and inspire junior engineers, sharing your expertise and passion for great design.
Build relationships with clients, represent the company in design meetings, and contribute to business growth.
What you'll bring
Chartered (or nearly Chartered) status with the Institution of Structural Engineers and/or the Institution of Civil Engineers.
Experience leading structural projects and managing teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, and Revit.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to technical excellence.
SER certifier registration (or eligibility to apply).
