Overview
Junior / Assistant Estimator required to join a leading groundworks / civil engineering contractor based in the Axminister area. The Junior / Assistant Estimator will be overseeing various civil engineering / groundworks projects and will ideally have experience estimating with a groundworks / civil engineering contractor or involvement in construction related projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist the estimating/commercial team with PQQs, estimating, and tender submissions.
- Liaise with and work alongside colleagues from the commercial, planning and operational departments.
- Support the delivery of cost plans and tenders for civil engineering and groundworks projects.
Qualifications
- Experience estimating with a groundworks or civil engineering contractor, or involvement in construction related projects.
- Open to individuals straight out of university who are looking to pursue a career within estimating.
