Resourcing Group is growing their Taunton office and has an opportunity for an experienced Consultant to join their team of high performers:
- Manage a Temporary Desk, hiring FM and Maintenance white and blue collar staff.
- Most of the roles within this sector are temp to perm or at least long term, providing a solid business to manage with existing warm clients as well as opportunities for development.
- The temp division is well established with support and PSLs available.
- The opportunities will allow individuals to become experts in their sector, specializing in recruiting facilities management and maintenance operatives and professionals for a mix of large national companies and local SMEs, both client and contractor side.
- We are looking to appoint an experienced Consultant and will consider all levels of experience.
- The positions offer a mixture of working from home as well as being based in our local Taunton office.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is varied and sales-focused. Responsibilities include liaising with candidates and clients, offering a consultative approach to recruitment needs. As a Recruiter, the portfolio of clients becomes your own to manage, and the relationships you build are your responsibility to develop, maintain, and grow as you advance in your career. You will become an expert in your recruitment field, establishing yourself as the 'go to' specialist in your local area.
We have a large portfolio of clients, with warm and live business to manage. There is a mixture of PSL accounts and retail business, along with exciting opportunities for new business development. This role is to join an existing team that is not only successful but also hungry for growth, fostering a positive work ethic. This position involves managing a permanent division, providing permanent staff to the FM/Maintenance sector within a specific geographical area.
