  • Carrying out plastering and rendering repairs across social housing properties.

  • Ensuring high-quality workmanship is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Communicating effectively with residents to ensure minimal disruption during repairs.

  • Collaborating with colleagues when required, as well as working autonomously when necessary.

  • Receiving and managing work orders via a mobile device.

We are currently seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our Reactive Repairs Team within a social housing environment. This role involves working on a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across a portfolio of occupied properties, so strong technical and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of both internal and external plastering and rendering techniques. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the size and complexity of the tasks., * Level 2 Qualification in Plastering (or equivalent).

  • Experience with both internal and external plaster & render finishes.

  • Basic DBS check (or willingness to obtain).

  • Own hand tools required (Note: 240v tools are not permitted).

  • Previous experience in social housing maintenance is preferred but not essential.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Company Vehicle & Fuel Card provided.

  • Mobile Device, Uniform & Essential PPE provided.

  • Overtime available (subject to supervisor approval).

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Overtime opportunities available upon agreement.
