We are currently seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our Reactive Repairs Team within a social housing environment. This role involves working on a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across a portfolio of occupied properties, so strong technical and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of both internal and external plastering and rendering techniques. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the size and complexity of the tasks., * Level 2 Qualification in Plastering (or equivalent).

Experience with both internal and external plaster & render finishes.

Basic DBS check (or willingness to obtain).

Own hand tools required (Note: 240v tools are not permitted).

Previous experience in social housing maintenance is preferred but not essential.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Company Vehicle & Fuel Card provided.

Mobile Device, Uniform & Essential PPE provided.

Overtime available (subject to supervisor approval).

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Overtime opportunities available upon agreement.
