Resourcing Group is currently recruiting on behalf of Camden Council for a Multiskilled Engineer with a plumbing bias. This temporary position is ideal for a qualified engineer with experience in building maintenance and a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out building repairs, planned preventative maintenance, and installation work
- Respond to reactive plumbing issues in schools, children's centres, and council properties
- Work with TMVs, pumps, water systems, and ensure compliance with L8 regulations
- Use handheld technology to manage tasks
- Diagnose building faults and deliver effective solutions
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (including both children and adults barred list)
- Proven experience in non-domestic or school-based settings
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards and legislation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
