Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Resourcing Group are actively recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to assist in the delivery of a Total FM contract that covers a patch of schools in and around Swindon.

Our client seeks a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a Mechanical bias to support Total FM contracts in schools across Swindon. Key responsibilities include maintaining campus buildings, electrical systems, and associated components.

This is a full-time role with a weekly rotating shift pattern of 7am-3pm and 10am-6pm, providing flexibility and variety along with Hybrid working arrangements., * Maintenance of buildings mechanical systems and all associated component parts.

• Supervision of contractors to ensure they are following safe systems of work.

• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless facility management.

• Qualified to Degree Level or Equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Maintenance.

• Experience and knowledge of building services and FM Contracts.

• Good health & safety knowledge.

• Full driving licence.

• SSSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
