We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to work across police station sites in Brighton, Haywards Heath, and Lewes. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate. The role involves maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard while ensuring security and confidentiality due to the nature of the sites., * Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and pruning

  • Weed control, planting, and general horticultural duties

  • Litter picking, leaf clearance, and pathway maintenance

  • Basic landscaping and grounds repair work

  • Safe use and upkeep of grounds maintenance tools and machinery

  • Adhering to strict security and health & safety procedures on police sites

  • Full UK driving licence (Essential)
