SMT Technician – Main Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate SMT lines to achieve specified efficiency and quality levels.
- Ensure products meet IPC 610 standards to the specified class.
- Prepare process control documentation, including first-off inspection.
- Collaborate with engineering and other technicians to support fault-finding and develop innovative solutions.
- Be familiar with the department’s output production targets.
- Complete necessary paperwork and update databases in compliance with the quality management system.
- Adhere to all procedures related to the manufacturing process.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and product quality, minimizing scrap and rework.
