We are seeking experienced HVAC Detail Designers / 3D Modellers to support the delivery of complex building services projects on a remote, contract basis (Inside IR35). This role is focused on the 3D modelling and routing of HVAC systems using Revit, producing coordinated, high-quality design outputs within a multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify 3D HVAC routed systems in Revit
- Produce accurate 2D drawings from 3D models
- Develop and maintain BOMs and associated design data
- Interpret HVAC schematics, layouts, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with wider design teams to resolve clashes and spatial issues
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Detail Designer / 3D Modeller
- Strong Revit capability for HVAC system routing
- Experience producing coordinated 3D models and 2D deliverables
- Ability to interpret schematics, datasheets, and manufacturer information
- Background in building services, industrial, or complex engineering environments
Desirable
- Experience with Cadmatic
- Exposure to marine, industrial, or renewables projects
- Knowledge of other routed systems (pipework, containment, etc.)
