We are a Contract Electronics Manufacturer (CEM) with over 40 years of experience, headquartered in Berkshire. Specialising in high-quality PCBs, PCBAs, box builds, and final assemblies, we operate from multiple UK sites and are known for building strong, long-term customer partnerships.

The Opportunity: Account Manager

We’re looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Windsor. In this role, you’ll manage a small portfolio of key clients and play a vital part in ensuring smooth production and delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a select group of customers
  • Oversee the full production lifecycle—from order placement to final shipment
  • Coordinate with internal teams (buying, stores, production, engineering)
  • Ensure timely updates and delivery aligned with customer schedules
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Occasionally travel to customer sites (mostly UK-based)
