With a brilliant reputation across the FTSE 500 leadership community and beyond , you'll join as a Managing Director to build upon their exceptional client base and reputation . You'll be able to go into their existing clients and pick off the relevant relationships. This is a high-paying individual contributor role.   • Hands-on biller, with a mature head who can work with £150-400k hires
  • Happy to grow a unit, getting your hands dirty with new business development.
  • Proven exec search skills and able to work with large margins.
