They operate across the Procurement and Supply Chain market, both in the UK and globally, and have established a reputation for delivery, excellence and unrivalled market knowledge. Their success is largely down to the recruitment and retention of some of the most established consultants in the recruitment market. They are growing consistently year on year.
Now they have a genuine need due to internal promotions for an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain director to join their ever-expanding business. They pride themselves on client engagement and run regular conferences and events for their loyal client base. They are looking for someone who can head up the Procurement piece of their business. Management style is empowering and an excellent development programme is in place.
Experience Required- You must have experience within the UK or European Procurement field with a successful track record of delivery.
- Entrepreneurial nature and a desire to run your own business within a business.
- Proven record of billings within Procurement and Supply Chain recruitment.
- Both those with experience within Contract and Permanent Recruitment will be considered.
- You must have the ability to network, build relationships, and business development.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate at the top level.
